Guideline
- Does FeaBox have parental controls?
Yes. FeaBox allow you to lock specific live channels and video-on-demand (VOD) content behind a secure PIN, so you can restrict specific channels or apps and keep your home viewing safe and family-friendly.
- Can I rewind or replay a missed TV show or sports game on FeaBox?
FeaBox actually gives you two related but separate features. Time Shift acts like a DVR for live TV, letting you pause or rewind the current broadcast in real time - going back up to 7 days. Playback, on the other hand, is a separate, dedicated on-demand app that lists past sports and news broadcasts from the last 7 days, so you can pick and watch a specific missed game or show whenever you want.
- Does FeaBox support voice command?
Yes. FeaBox's backlit Bluetooth remote has a built-in microphone button - simply hold the voice button and speak to search for movies, switch apps, or control your TV box hands-free.
- How do I connect to WiFi on FeaBox?
From the home screen, open Settings, then select Network & Internet. Turn on WiFi, select your network from the list, and enter your password. For the most stable connection - especially for 6K content - we recommend connecting via an Ethernet cable instead.
- How do I set up my FeaBox?
Setup takes under 5 minutes:
1) Plug in the power adapter and connect FeaBox to your TV using the included high-speed HDMI cable.
2) Connect to the internet via your home WiFi, or plug in an Ethernet cable for maximum stability.
3) Turn on your TV, select the correct HDMI input, and follow the on-screen instructions - no complicated activation codes or hidden steps required.
- Is a VPN required to use FeaBox?
No. FeaBox does not require a VPN or IP-unblocking service to operate.
- What are the internet speed requirements for FeaBox?
We recommend a minimum download speed of 150Mbps for standard VOD streaming, and a significantly higher speed for smooth live HD/6K sports and channel streaming - especially if multiple devices share the same network. Always test your speed directly through the FeaBox itself rather than relying on your ISP's advertised numbers or another device's result.
F1 Pro / F1 Max
- What is the difference between Feabox F1 Pro and Feabox F1 Max?
The two models are identical in hardware and features - Android 12, quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor, 4GB DDR3 memory, 2T2R dual-band 2.4G/5G WiFi 6, 6K@60fps support, backlit remote, Type-C charging port, brand-new UI/UX, and Extended Time-Shift function. The only difference is internal storage: the F1 Pro comes with 32GB eMMC, while the F1 Max offers 64GB eMMC for extra app storage and downloads.
- Which model should I choose: F1 Pro or F1 Max?
It depends on your needs and budget. In terms of performance, both models deliver the exact same smooth 6K streaming experience. If you plan to install many apps and store more downloaded content, the F1 Max's 64GB storage is the better choice. If you don't need the extra space and want to save a bit, the F1 Pro is a great-value pick with the same core experience.
